ABOUT LINDVALL & CO.
Experience That Shapes Every Decision.
For more than a decade, we’ve been designing, developing, and building homes in Maine. That experience has given us a practical understanding of what works—not only on paper, but through permitting, site work, construction, and the hundreds of decisions that turn a design into a finished home.

OUR STORY
Built From Experience
Lindvall & Co. grew from years spent developing and building our own residential projects. Working through the entire process, from evaluating land and designing homes to managing construction and completing the final details. This gave us a perspective that goes well beyond any one part of the project.
Today, we bring that experience to our clients through an integrated approach to custom home building, design, interiors, and renovation. Instead of treating each phase as a separate service, we look at the home as a whole from the beginning.
HOW WE WORK
Thoughtful by Design. Practical by Experience.
Good design and good construction should support each other. We approach every project with both in mind—considering how decisions affect the way a home looks, how it functions, how it will be built, and what it will cost to execute.
OUR TEAM
A Husband-and-Wife Team With Complementary Expertise.
Lindvall & Co. is led by James and Lindsay Lindvall, a husband-and-wife team combining experience in residential development, construction, real estate, and professional interior design. Complementary backgrounds allow them to approach each home from both sides of the process – bringing together land and development experience, home design, interior design, construction planning, and hands-on construction management from the very beginning.

Lindsay Lindvall
Interior Design • Planning • Project Management
As a licensed and certified interior designer, Lindsay brings a rare combination of design expertise and hands-on construction experience to Lindvall & Co. She designs homes from the ground up, developing floor plans, architectural concepts, interior layouts, and the details that shape how a home looks, feels, and functions. As an experienced construction manager, she also understands how those ideas translate from drawings into the realities of construction—coordinating trades, materials, selections, schedules, and countless project details. Her ability to work across both design and construction helps create homes that are not only thoughtfully designed, but thoughtfully built.

James Lindvall
Development • Construction • Real Estate
James has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 20 years and has more than a decade of experience developing and building residential properties in Maine. He brings a practical understanding of land, construction, project planning, and the decisions that determine whether a project works in the real world. His background in real estate gives him added perspective when evaluating property, value, and long-term potential.
